1. About Insight 84
Insight 84 provides research, polling, data analysis, audience insights, and related services to help organizations and communities better understand public opinion and make informed decisions.

Membership in the Insight 84 Survey Panel is voluntary.

Survey findings should not be interpreted as representing every individual within a population unless the methodology supports such a conclusion.

If you opt in to email communications, Insight 84 may send you survey invitations, research opportunities, panel information, and other communications consistent with your preferences.
You may unsubscribe from email communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in our emails.
7. Text Messages
If you separately opt in to receive text messages, Insight 84 may send survey invitations and research-related communications to the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating in the Insight 84 Survey Panel.
You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance.
Your mobile number and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Accuracy of Information
Insight 84 strives to present research and other information accurately.
However, research is subject to limitations including sampling, response rates, question wording, timing, weighting, methodology, and other factors.
We may correct errors, update research, revise information, or provide additional context when appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Insight 84 name, branding, original research, reports, written content, graphics, charts, designs, methodologies, and other original materials published by Insight 84 are owned by or licensed to Insight 84.
You may share links to publicly available Insight 84 research and may reference findings for legitimate informational purposes with appropriate attribution to Insight 84.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, substantially modify, or commercially distribute Insight 84 reports, datasets, graphics, or other proprietary materials without permission from Insight 84, except as permitted by law.
